This module covers how to build, automate, and publish daily call and shift schedules in Amion. This is the third module in the Residency Scheduling learning path. You'll start by deciding whether to use call, shift, or both for your program, then walks through setting up call/shift services, entering assignments manually, using repeating patterns to fill recurring assignments quickly, and saving and publishing changes for staff to see. 

The back half of the course introduces Amion's rules engine: auto-assignment rules that automatically fill related assignments, availability rules that keep residents off assignments they shouldn't be on (or make them available for ones they should), and target rules that track and cap how many times someone is scheduled over a given period.

By the end of this course, schedulers will be able to build a daily call or shift schedule from scratch and set up automation and validation that reduces manual entry and catches scheduling conflicts before they happen.
