Residency Block Schedules (Amion Next)

About the Module

This course covers how to build, publish, and manage a residency block schedule in Amion, from setting block dates through entering assignments and validating that your schedule meets  requirements.

This is the second video in the Residency Scheduling learning path. Schedulers shoud have set up their schedule's foundational settings (academic year, staff, block services, etc.) These videos walk through the block schedule grid itself: configuring block dates per training level, navigating and filtering the schedule, entering block service assignments and time off, splitting and locking blocks, applying staffing rules and validation, publishing the schedule for staff to view, and using tallies to check rotation counts.

By the end of this course, schedulers will be able to fully build out a block schedule from blank to published, catch  rule violations before they become problems, and confidently make and track changes as the year progresses.
